Police!

Any detective story has to have some regular police officers in it. The regular police force are the backbone of any high profile investigation, doing most of the ground work and following the orders of detectives. The story is set in Britain and as such, the police characters' uniforms are based on the current British police uniforms. Here we have a selection of uniforms used in different situations. All of these uniforms are quite common place.

A request.

To anyone who views this page and properly looks at the character designs. Could someone give me some ideas for names of these characters. This is one of my main problems with story telling, I find it hard to think of fitting names. So, any ideas would be very welcome indeed otherwise these characters are going to end up with names that just don't fit or sound ridiculous.

Essentially this is meant to be a comic with a dark storyline but contradictory artwork. The drawings will be quite lighthearted and so the story will be the main focus.

So anyway...

This blog is designed to keep me on track while I write and illustrate a few ideas I have for a comic. I find it very hard to keep up a storyline or set of characters for any great length of time so I wouldn't come here expecting to find images and stories from a continual storyline, it will instead be snippets from many stories that I have floating around in my head. With that, I'm off to do some sketches.
